Pantai hill Seremban abounds with beautiful resorts. With approximately an hour drive, you can reach out to all these gorgeously noble resorts featured with panaromic view of the mountain. Trust that this is also the quickest way to have soul retreat accompanied by a great rejuvation.

Understandably, the price for staying in will be above an average cost as all these resorts are considered a luxurious hillside retreats.

However, this Sankara Resort caught my attention. I found this resort through a random search.

The web photos illustrate the entire place is so much fascinating expecially the bathroom featured with bathtub and overseeing the rolling hills.

The most unbelievable deals was the price shown in the website. Comparing to other resorts near Pantai hills, this is considered one of the most affordable one yet with the similar concept of resort conditions.

I decided to make a call to the PIC and managed to speak with Mr. Wong. Impressively, Mr. Wong is very attentive and responsive. He managed to furnish me all the required information on timely basis and he patiently walked me through all the facilities and the package that he is ready to offer.

I had been so much impressed by Mr. Wong service. He was so responsive and always prepared to answer all my queries. I would say this was the first good impression I had with Sankara. Attentive, patient and responsive !

Upon arrival, we need to drive up a very steep slope and its almost about 90 degrees ascending up to the resort. Sankara Resort is just about 20 meters after Sembayu Villa. Sankara Resort is stationed at the highest point of Pantai Hills.

Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by Mr. Wong and there were plenty of parking space. We were guided by Mr. Wong and he gave us a brief introduction about the resort.

There is a corridor walk linking to all the villas. This corridor walk is built on a cliff side and walking into it, you feel like having a sky walk. The entire pantai village is below our feet and lookup to the sky as if we could touch the infinite deep blue sky. We are so close to the sky as if we are able to kiss the fluffy clouds and piercing through the sunlight. Nothing blocking us, only the patches of clouds giving us a gestures of welcoming.

Sankara Resort is heavenly gorgeous. Our villa is even giving us *WOW* surprise. Our villa is a 2 units interlink villas with private bathroom. I was unbelievably impressed by the spacious room, a bathroom with ceiling height glass overseeing the mountain and many more.

Let me walk through the details of the resort.

1. Villas

There are several villa type within the Sankara Resort. Most of it are with the private pools overseeing mountain. For time being, there are only 5 units. All the villas are designed by the owner as well as the theme and concepts are from the owner inspiration.

A. Interlink villas

B. Honeymoon Suite (with beautiful private pool )

C. Family Suite with private pool

D. Presidential suites with infinity pool

2. Meals

Breakfast.

The lady boss Ms. Pang and Michelle were super friendly and they've prepared the hearty breakfast for us. They prepared the breakfast from sketch and the array of breakfast choices showed how passionate and creative they're.

This is one of the superb breakfast I ever had among all other local resorts I'd stayed. Although there wasn't a 5 star hotel buffet, it's indeed a heartfelt breakfast. Can feel their great effort and the welcoming gesture.

The breakfast choices include the following:-

1. Porridge (well cooked porridge with carrots, corn) . So tasty and nutritious!

2 Nasi Lemak with savory Sambal and Chicken Nuggeto.

3. Variety of pastries and breads.

4. Fruits and Beverages

The breakfast is served in a very generous buffet style portion. Our stomach were blissfully filled up with all the hearty & lovely breakfast and finally burped

out a sound of bless !

Dinner

For dinner, we were supposed to prepare our own. However, the lady boss was really kind enought to help us with the dinner preparations. She prepared a Steamboat dinner for us. And she helped us out with the assorted Steamboat ingredients and pick and choose the best match of ingredients to suit 6 pax of us.

She served and prepared our dinner in a most appetizing way. When it was a dinner time, we just have to proceed to the dining place, and the feast was just right in front of us. We just couldn't wait to hop into our seat and start gulping on the soup and crunching all the juicy fleshes and seafoods.

3. Facilities

A. Pool

As our villas has no private pool, the owner allowed us to utilise the infinity pool. The infinity pool is facing the unblocked mountain view. ⛰️ the rolling mountains seems so near yet so far. The deep blue sky appears as contrast to the tropical green. The view is super astonishing.

B. Star Gazing

As this resort is stationed at the highest point, star gazing is obviously a best thing to do. Watching the starlit sky in a silent night, each star is trying to outshine each other, humming a songs or simply make a wish under the star empire, it could be a most healing things in life !

C. Walking around

Walking around the resort and observe the plants and flowers. The owner has planted some special species of flowers and plants. Pause a moment and observe carefully the plants and flowers. You will find each of them is having a unique identity.

D. Meditation

Simply find a right spot, close your eyes, and enjoy the quietness of the woods and surroudings. The chirping of the cricket seems like a rhythm that will help hypnotise your soul !

E. Chit Chat

A group of friends or families sitting down and Chit Chatting in a silent night. The Chit Chat filled with laughter, love, joys, and cares. That's the moment that you will not want to miss. How often we could really have such a meaningful time with our loved ones ?

4. Hospitality

I would say the hospitality of this resort is tip top. They show their full gesture of welcoming. They treated us like their own family and they're super generous with their meals offers. They're very accmodative to our request too. You will surely have no doubts with their services provision. I wish other resort can take Sankara Resort as a role model particularly on their first class of service provision.

5. Reading pleasure

There is a reading corner where the guest can do some reading in an undisturbed condition while enjoying the breathaking view.

6. The UFO legendary incident shared by Owner.

The boss shared with us a very unbelievably mysterious encounter in this Sankara Resort. They've spotted UFO few times through watching from Sankara Resort. OMG. It's UFO 🛸! It's true. Some people will purposely make their trio here to try their luck of spotting UFO.

According to the owner, the UFO appear like a disk plate and landing on top of the high tension tower. In the night. They will appear as a glowing plate and blinking out with a bright light. Sometimes, few units of UFO will line up along the transmission line in between the tower. Trust that they need to energy to recharge their spaceship ! This is really OMG !

My overall experience

A 2 day 1 night stay with my family in Sankara Resort had been so much delightful. We had a lot of beautiful moments such as sharing our foods, our talks, our fun, and our movie time ! Sankara Resort will make you forget about the time ticking. The lofty mountains will accompany you throughout your stay and remind you that nature is always there to be our man gurdian.

Zero pollution, cool air and peaceful surroudings. It also empowers a good sleep as there is no automobile noise. The only rhythm is the cricket chirping or frog 🐸 croaking.

Extra credit goes to the hospitality of the staff including the owner, lady bosses, and Mr. Wong. They have given us so much unforgettable moments during our stay. Their generosity was indeed a plus point as they're emphasising on the comfortability of the guest instead of stressing on the commercial transactions.

Some resorts tend to charge everything and it somehow makes the guest so much tense up while staying in. But Sankara is prioritise on guest comfort. I think this is the professional way of handling the guest. I'm sure with their very welcoming and genuine attitude, they will surely gain the repeating guest in coming future.

I would give a 5 star rating to Sankara. A place that you will surely miss and find the deepest soul retreat !
