Semenyih - Some Add-on Places

Semenyih - Your Add-on itinerary

Training to my last blog on "top places in Semenyih", this blog is showing some add-on places for your consideration.

If you set your foot in Semenyih town, you may consider to have some extra chill-out at these recommended places. At least to make your trip more worthwhile.

Below are some coffee shops and places you may stop by for a chill-out or sightseeing.

1. Looka Tea House

This is a very unique coffee Shop located at 2nd floor of a retail shoplot. It's right above the shop of RM2 eco-shop convenient store.

From downstairs, you can never notice any specialities of this tea house. The moment that you enter to the staircase ascending up to the 2nd floor, you will find the atmosphere suddenly infused with a tempo of mozart music. The ambience seems turning 360 degree into a old English Tea House.

When we pushed open the door, we were truly amazed by the interior deco of the Tea House. They use a very typical concept of old English house and complemented by the classical music instrument.

The interior decoration is mainly using the concept of the display of the owner's antique collection. Such as an old piano, vintage music instrument, painting, colonial era furniture and appliances, English style utensils, retro glass table lamp and many more. The dining ambience is alike an old British coffee house back in 50's or 60's.

The menu choices are rather limited but all are custom-made by the owner. They will have different choices of pastries every week and it depends on your luck if it hits your best appetite during the week of your visitation. But you can rest assured that all custom-made menu are exclusively prepared under a special edition.

Do come by if you're in Semenyih. I'm sure you will have a special high tea session in such a romantic and lovely cafe !

2. Leng Leng Pork Noodles

One of the best pork noodles in Semenyih. The miced pork has been added with some salted vegetable, it tastes extra flavourful and yummy. The soup base is clear and naturally flavoured with pork bone taste. Can. Stop over for a lunch.

3. Fu Jing Kopitiam (富景茶室)

Special highlights on their curry laksa and toast. Curry is thick and aromatic. Toast is crispy and well toasted. In-house crafted coffee is perfectly made.
