Langit Rimba Resort - A true experience to earthly paradise
There are many luxurious boutique Resort alongside the Pantai Hills of Seremban. Mostly are rated with high recommendations with its unique interior design and breathaking scenery.
All the resorts are built ascending up to the hills and all the resort are featured with their distinctive architecture. This hill is always deemed as a honeymoon hill and many couples will pick this tranquil and peaceful hill for their honeymoon staycation.
The pathway driving up the hillside is winding and narrow. You will never believe that such a bouncing road will eventually lead to a place full of serenity.
Pantai hill is covered up by tropical forest and at 350 meters above sea level. During the cold weather, the entire forest will be covered by thick fog and clouds. Standing at the pantai hill and look out from this altitude level, it feels like immersing with the fluffy clouds with the green carpet below you. The view is indescribably beautiful !
There are many resort homes to choose from. Mostly are highly rated.
As I had the experience staying with Cabin Ecottage, also one of the best resort along the Pantai Hill. I'm quite confident that other neighbouring resorts are emulating the same concept too, so they should be rather outstanding too.
Randomly, I've picked this resort called Langit Rimba.
It's situated slightly further from Kairo Villas. Upon arrival, there is a very small tiny wooden entrance featured with a balinese style door 🚪 and labeled with "LANGIT RIMBA" the trademark is a colourful Hornbill. Trust that its implying that this place is a surrounded by true nature.
We just pulled our car aside as long as it's not blocking driveway. There is no proper parking for Langit Rimba unlike Shorea & Awanmulan.
Langit Rimba is just located across a road from Awanmulan.
After entering from the main entrance, there is small boardwalk descending down to the main building. The main building is an open air concept and featured with a chill-out area, kitchen and a viewing platform. There are several dining tables for common sharing too.
We'd been upgraded to a room called Hornbill room. This is the only room type featured with air conditioning and private bathroom.
Let me walk through the detail of the building structure and facilities.
1. Main Building
This is a main place of Langit Rimba with a very spacious common sharing corners. It comes with following facilities
A. Kitchen/ Utensils/ Pantry : Complete utensils set and kitchenware provided. If you're planning to cook your own foods during your stay, you can conveniently reach out to all the cooking needs.
B. A living hall with sofa lounge: There is a chill-out area with sofa 🛋 lounge. An ideal place for Chit Chats, Reading 📚 or Borad Games. It's an excellent family or friends bonding section.
C. Viewing Platform : There is an open air viewing platform set just right in front of this main building. A leaning chair and swing provided. The view is so astonishing. Sitting down here and watching the entirely green theater, breathing in 100% unpolluted air, listening to the bird and insects chirping, seeing the fog slowly penetrating the woods, whispering to the pearl white moon, counting the stars under the infinite galaxy and enjoy the cool mountain breeze. I'm speechlessly thrilled by the power of nature.
2. Infinity Pool
The pool is very unique and awesome too. So happened, our visit was without other guest, so we were essentially owning the entire pool. The pool is facing nature too. Resting your head on the pool edge and feast your eyes with the comfy greens. It's a great meditation I guess.
There is a table besides the pools too for relaxing with sipping your drinks too.
3. Hornbill Rooms
A. The room is featured with panoramic mountain view. The front part is fixed with several old style wooden flipping window, if you open up all the window, a holistic 4D mountain view will appear just right in front of you.
B. The room is featured with 1 sofa bed.
C. At the side of the room, there is an extended balcony attached to the room too. So if you would like feel the non air conditioning air, can simply step out to the balcony.
D. The bathroom is the truly impressive. It's featured with a shower corner, changing room and a toilet bowl (for passing section). Very spacious. The design is very artistic. The wall is designed using all the empty liquor bottles and cemented into it. The shower screen is using a breaking style mirror. They look very modern classic.
4. Breakfast is provided
There is no fancy breakfast but a pack of nasi lemak with fried chicken ➕️ a plate of pastry are good enough to fill up your eager stomach and as well as a good kick-start of the day.
The breakfast has to be complement by a cup of aromatic coffee, that'll be a perfect start-up of the day.
5 . BBQ facility
Pls be noted that BBQ pit is available for renting. Charcoal, starter, grilling pan, and other utensils are fully provided. Basically, the guest will just have to bring their own food ingredients and other cooking needs.
Langit Rimba is a perfect honeymoon staycation for a couple or even an individual who prefers abundance of quietness and tranquility.
No prominent city skyline, but the surrounding nature will always excite you with their cool and vibrant green woods. Imagining you are waken up by the birds chirping sound as a morning call, insect whirring sound as your lullaby, thick fog as your imaginary backdrop, and sun rise will be your 4D natural theatre.
The cool and refreshing air flow is always better than an inverter air-conditioning. Free from chemicals irritation and pollution
Nothing is more blissful than breathing in the cleanest and coolest air offered by the mother nature.
Langit Rimba retreat is a true experience of a soul rejuvenation. This is the only place deemed closest to the earthly paradise.
Rates : RM 700 - RM 1800
Hornbill Room : RM 1800 per night with private bathroom and air conditioning.
Other Rooms : Linked Room with open air concept: RM 700 - RM 1,000 (Non-air conditioned) but it can be linked if the staying guests are a family or group of friends.
