The wonders of Klang

KLANG is not far from Kuala Lumpur. Approximately a 45 mins drive via the express way, it will lead you to the downtown of Klang. Klang is well known with its BAK KUT TEH (A thick broth contains various herbs cooked with marinated pork meat and organs). This is one of the famous Malaysian delicacy. Some locals will purposely drive all the way to Klang and just to ease the crave of having a bowl of nourishing & authentic taste of this herbal soup (Bak Kut Teh)

Besides the wondeful taste of Bak Kut Teh, Klang has become a very busy and hustle town nowadays as it's neighboring to Port Klang. Port Klang is the main port of housing export and import goods and activities. Therefore, all the heavy duty lorries and trucks will drive pass Klang before reaching Port Klang.

This is truly a paradise for Fried Snack Lover. Variety of fried stuffs to choose from. Besides, they're having many kinds of Nyonya pastries. It's an ideal place for buying your tea time snacks.

To highlight their Fried banana (Goreng Pisang) it's so unique and crispy. They flatten their banana into a FAN shape. So the thin layer of banana + dough will add extra crunchiness and tastiness. Worth to try !

This is a very localised Bak Kit Teh restaurant. It's not really noticeable but it's a lot of local Klang People's choice.

Do try out their dried bak kut teh. Very tasty and flavorful. I doubt one bowl of rice is enough with this savoury delight! Their soup is very scrumptious too. The broth is thick, bold, rich and authentic.

7. Laguna park

This is a beautiful recreational park with multiple fishing spots. Recommend to visit during evening as the sun is setting, the weather becomes more windy and there are a lot of shaded areas for a chill-out before ending a wondeful day. You can also do some jogging alongside the river bank. The distance of the entire jogging track from one side to another is approx 1.5km. Return journey is about 3km.

It's a new park situated in Bandar Buki Raja. This park is indeed spacious a huge. The jogging path seems leading to nowhere. The park is separated by 2 sections. You may need to walk across a car passing bridge to reach the other side. If you are a enthusiastic jogger. You will surely be obsessed to the this park with its organised & long jogging track.
