Driving further from Seremban Town, you will start seeing some extraordinary just right at the corner. Bahau

1. Bukit Taisho

You will never believe that there is a very well maintained hiking trail in this small town Bahau. The entire trails to the peak is well paved moreover the hilltop has been beautified with a lot of adorable decorations which include swing, tea house, wooden bench, photo booth, observatory platform, and many more. Some resting equipment such as a leaning chair, wooden bench, & lounge chair are available for public use too. All are sponsored and contributed by the locals.

All the erection works are carried out by the local as a voluntary basis. Every villager is giving their best efforts to build a better hiking environment.

The view at the hilltop is truly astonishing. A panaromic view surrouding the hillside is truly impressive. Standing at the hilltop, you're greeted with a 360 degree cliff view and all the greeneries and villages seem so small underneath your feet.

This mountain is situated within a residential areas. Best time to hike is before dawn so that you will have a chance to watch the sun rise as well as the beautiful fluffy clouds which look alike a carpet hanging into the middle of nowhere.

If you miss the sun rise, do come on evening. Sun set us superb too.

Kuala Sawah

3. SRI SIVA SANGGARA VALMUNI VANAMUNI TEMPLE ULU SAWAH.

You mustn't missed this temple when you're here in Kuala Sawah. This is considered one of the most gorgeous temple housing couple of hundreds praying statues. Every godly statue represent a specific guradian and enlighten the mortal with certain values and of course guiding us into a right direction.

Every statue is well carved and decorated with some colourful & vibrant themes, truly impressive. Besides, the enlightenment journey behind every statue is very inspiring. Whatever we commit in the earthly world, I'm sure they're watching and judging us with good justice.

Walking into this temple, you will feel like communicating with all the highly respectful gods and surrounded by abundance of beautiful aura.

Very fortunately, our arrival coincided to a volunteer who was also a monastic whom we have engaged to understand about the entire temple walk though. He patiently explained to us about every godly statue and led us through the chanting and praying ceremony.

We were so impressed by his very well verse praying & chanting talents. He was surprisingly a Chinese race but very familiar with all the Hindu gods and praying procedures.

I was very honored to be able to interview him and ask him about his journey to take part into this religion. He told us that this temple has given him strength and energy to overcome a lot of obstacles. And he really felt the gods are with him. That's the reason he chooses to believe.

After completing the entire praying ceremony, he continued walked us through others God within the temple. And very thoughtfully explained to us the purpose of each statue. I would say we really gained a lot from this visit. I didn't manage to get his name and he asked me to call him SRI MUNI.

Below is the walk-through & tour during our visit.

Guided by SRI MUNI.

Sri Sivasanggara Valmuni Vannamuni (Apps)

This is Dr. Muni. He is wearing a chain in his neck. But used to be a stethoscope. But heard it had been lost so it has been replaced with a metal chain. Whoever is here praying to him, can seek recovery for sickness.

AMA

This is Ama. She helped to get baby. Many came here to seek for her miraculous power to gain the fertility. AMA has to sit behind a mangosteen tree to gain the full force of power.

Lord Baby Shivan

This is one of the most eye-catching and highlight in the temple.

This baby shiva protects all the children if they can't stay focus or concentrate in their studies.

Lord Vishnu and is also very powerful. Unlike Vishnu, though, he very easily awards gifts and boons to those who approach him, even if his devotee’s motives are selfish. He is one of the many sons of Brahma. Said demigods was defeated in the battles with demon. Lord Vishnu promised them (nectar) if they would temporarily cooperate with the demon and chun the ocean of milk.

Hoavwer, churning of ocean producing nothing valuable. Except the dangerous poisons called Halahala. When the poison became uncontrolled, demigods approached Lord shiva to help. He agreed to drink all the poisonous water. His goddess wife parvati releashed her power to hold the neck of Lord Shiva and turn him into bluish.

This is the summary version of the Lord Shiva legends. If course, you may visit this temple for a better understanding through the explanatory from the Sri Muni.

Tips

To speak to baby lord shiva, you have to aim on his 3rd eyes through the middle of the black cow ears. To make a wish, you have to gently touch the white cow sand whisper to its ear.

Lord Ganesha (Giant sleeping Ganesha)

Fortunately, our arrival was in conjunction to the main praying time of the temple. We managed to join the entire praying ceremony and unlock the journey to the main chamber where the giant Lord Ganesha was housed. We were so impressed by the beautiful chamber behind the metal door.

It was a very spacious chamber housing many god statues and all the most powerful Hinduism God figures were completely gathered here.

We were surrounding the giant sleeping Lord Ganesha and following the Sri Muni to chant. Praying to the 3 main gods in the core of the praying Hall. According to Sri Muni. One the Lord as shown was gorvening the wealth. All sort of wealth and it can be health, money, knowledge and etc. So we slotted in some notes underneath the lord to ask for her mercy and wealth protection.

Narashimma Avatar

This Lord with lion head is helping mortals get rid of any obstructions while pursuing your business or career. When he is releashing his power, his expression is full of anger and rage which will be help us remove all the obstacles which hold us back to achieve our success.

A head underneath his feet showing his unbeatable power and position. Through the understanding from Sri Muni, he does have a friendly face. And his wife will only be with him when he's in soothing mood.
