The best about this farm is they allowing you to walk into the farm and have a closest contact to the plants as well as a detail observation of those plants from every stems to every roots.
You can freely snap a picture In between the lining up plants, it gives a very superb camera effect if you're professional enough to capture the right angle. Mind the thorn when You walk around. They're just protective.

When you're on the way to tanjung sepat, you will pass by a small town called Sg. Pelek. Nothing fancy about this town, but you can stop over for some street snacks within the town. There are some open sided stalls near to roadside selling some tea time snack. I'll recommend you the following :

A. Prawn crackers / Spring Roll

Locate this mobile cart selling prawn crackers and spring roll. The stall run by a Chinese woman and her daughter. The special highlight is the prawn crackers. Super crispy and there are 2 huge prawns attached in the centre of the crackers. A perfect bite for your tea time. The batter is well mixed with onion and leek. You won't taste a lot of flour. Can try their home make spring roll too. The filling is tasty with well marinated minced meat

There is a stall selling some Chinese Pastries. The variety is impressive. And some nyonya pastries are equally nice as the ones that you have in Melaka. Try the cendol kuih. It's nice

C. Fu Zhou giant Cookies ( 夜夜香福州光饼)

This stall is located in front of the Chinese kopitiam YE YE XIANG (夜夜香). This stall is selling traditional Fu Zhou Cookies. There're 3 kind of fillings. BBQ  pork, red bean & peanuts. Personally, I like the barbeque flavour as its more savory kind and tastes like home cooked recipes. But it comes with some fatty bits. Its worth to try.

Tanjung Sepat

Tanjung sepat is probably not new to some of the Malaysians. However, I would like to include it in my blog as it's a really cool place housing a lot of specialties. It's a small fishing village comprises of nice foods, nice people, nice culture and nice attractions. Pls empty your stomach before you visit here otherwise you would tend to miss a lot of fabulous food essence.

4. Queuing for kuih bahulu

From far, you can sense the baking, buttery & egg scent. That's bahulu cakes. Fresh from oven. You would see the queue from far, and people is willing to queue for it's softness, moist, and wonderful texture. I would say bahulu is not new to Malaysian. But to serve it hot, it's rather impossible as most of the bahulu in supermarket is readily packed.
But this is instantly baked, and it's still smoky when packing.
How can you resist such a soft and fluffy cakes freshly baked from oven.
Serving it with a cup of coffee, it makes you speechless.

Special highlight is their beancurd and fish Ball. Fresh fish meat are used to process for the stuffing for the ingredients and fish ball. No preservative and other additive.
It's so tender and juicy the meat. Especially the fish paste stuffed in the beancurd and fish Ball. They're too tender and springy. And very firm too. One of the must buy item!

If you feel like shopping for some local snacks or preserved seafood, there is a shop located just beside the lover's bridge. They're selling various local stock like dried shrimp, anchovies, crackers, cookies and many more. Mind your children as they'll be nagging you for their favourite stuff.
Besides the shop, there is a lane showing you all the antiques and some equipment that people used in good old days. It's a nice photo shooting spot. Snap a picture with those equipment on you, reminiscing how people live with all these useful tools last time.
Treasure these technologies and they could be already extinct nowadays.

10. Lover's bridge Qing Ren Qiao (情人桥)

One of the main attraction spot in tanjung sepat is lover bridge. The lover bridge that you see now is the rebuilt with solid concrete and cement pathway. However there was a trail of story about this bridge. Prior to this, this bridge was once destructed due to its fragile material (wooden made) and part of the bridge was collapsed and caused 2 injuries and thence it was abandoned.
The reason of being called lover bridge as it has made up many love relationships that lasts eternally. This place used to attract many couples to be here for sunset watching.
Hence the villager couldn't bear it to see this miracle and lovely bridge being abandoned & they'd proposed to state government to rebuild.
Besides, the collapse of this bridge resulted 2 families restaurant business were impacted badly ( low & Lee). Thus, they tried several attempts to propose to state government to rebuild. Finally, the bridge has been successfully rebuilt in 2015. And it serves as a jetty for 40 fishing boats.
Now the bridge looks gorgeous and solid. And it's extended to 200 meters long.
In front of the entrance of the lover's bridge, there is a giant 3D painting on ground. Snap a nice post before you experience the bridge walk.

11. Temple qing long gong ( 清龙宫)

There is a temple neighbouring to the lover's bridge. You need to drive out from the lover's bridge and enter to the next lane toward this temple. This temple is not big but we were attracted by 12 animal zodiac statues. There're just too charming and vivid.
Snap a picture with animals and there are write up carved in stone to tell about each characteristic. You can make a wish via ribbon tossing to the tree too.

Location : 清龙宫
Pekan Tanjung Sepat
Highlight : Animal Zodiac Statues

12. Gold Coast Morib International Resort

Not necessary to stay here. If you're going for a day trip, you may stop over this resort and enjoy the beach/ seaside here. After parking your car, passing through the restaurant and it will lead you to the seaside in front of the resort.
During the low tide, you would see a borderless sand beach and it's too wide like a desert. It seems like leading you to nowhere and beyond your horizon.
If you're photographer, this could be the best piece of scenic place to completely release your shooting talents.
Surprisingly, the sea water is quite clean and it's suitable for swim. If you come at a low tide, you would probably need to walk quite a distance to reach the sea water.
You would have chance to discover a lot of unique sea shells at the shore.
It's a place for family bonding, sun bathing or even sunset watching. You would have a beautiful angle for sunset as this is facing west.
Or you can even choose to sit at the restaurant hut and enjoying a glass of fruits juice while having this breathaking view.
Would recommend !

13. Restaurant Asam Batu Laut

After a tiring day, we pamper ourselves with a blissful dinner at this place called restaurant Asam Batu Laut. This restaurant is located beside a mangrove bay, and the ambience is too outstanding. While having your meal, you can have a closest view to the bay and feel the sea breeze. Hearing the waves gently tap on the stone until the sky slowly into the darkness and  the horizon is gradually fading and last merging into the grey and into night.
The seafoods served in this restaurant are super fresh, they seems just freshly caught in the sea.
The signature dish is fried oyster egg. The oyster is as big as an eye ball shape and when you bite on it, the juice burst out from the centre. Too impressive & toothsome!  The fried egg further complement the taste of the oyster. Too good to believe.
Try the oats prawns too. The prawns are very succulent and tender. When you peel off the shell, they look half transparent with orange stripe. It tastes like exactly the sashimi with mild oats scent. Worth trying.
We order 3 dishes + 2 bowl of rice + 2 drinks only cost us RM 53.90.
Reasonable.

14. Jenjarom wan shou gong temple ( 万寿宫)

This is our finale when we were heading back to  KL. You may stop by this temple for a last visiting spot or probably dong zen temple (just nearby) for your last stop.
As our arrival was rather late and dong zen temple was close, we reroute to this temple for a final check out. This temple is very eye catching as their lighting is sharp and bright. You would certainly notice it when you're passing through at the main road.
This temple is gorgeously designed with Chinese palace style and every corner is detailed with finest material, tiles and bricks. In the centre of the temple, there is a wall filled up with many little Buddha figurine, it's too astonishing.

Location : Wan Shou Gong Temple ( 万寿宫)

15. Jenjarom Dong Zen Temple

Trust that everyone heard about the legend of the venerable Master Shing Yun. He is the founder of this temple (also known as FO GUANG SHAN).
If you've been to Taiwan, you could've visited the place of origin of this temple in Taiwan located in Yi Lan province. That's the very first Fo Guang Shan temple built in few decades ago and pioneered by Master Shing Yun. The temple palace is very gorgeous and splendid. With multiple Pagodas lining up at right and left, & leading to the direction of a massive Buddha statue in the centre at the end of the row.
This jenjarom Fo Guang Shan Temple is indeed having a lot of similarity comparing to Taiwan version. It's a very peaceful and harmony place for Buddhism mediation. A lot of worship will be carried out in this temple especially during certain special occasions. The worshippers around the world will certainly pay a visit whenever they layover in Malaysia. Besides, there are many exhibition and festive events held at place. It also attracts a lot of tourist to come and witness its beautiful building structures as well as the eye-catching festive events.
This place will be flooded with crowds during Chinese New Year Lighting Festival and lantern festival. It also makes Jenjarom soon become a famous tourist spot among all.
