While browsing for unique staycation destinations, Twin Jet Resort immediately caught my attention with its incredibly creative concept. I've seen resorts incorporating aviation themes before, but converting a real aircraft into a resort accommodation was something I had never encountered.

Taking advantage of their current promotion, we booked a one-night stay at the Twin Jet Aeroplane Resort.

There are only two aircraft units available – First Class and Gold Class.

We chose the Gold Class unit as it offers access to the aircraft wing platform, allowing guests to enjoy a unique perspective of the surroundings.

The moment we stepped into the aircraft, we could hardly believe that we were actually staying inside a real plane.

The aircraft is surprisingly spacious and thoughtfully transformed into a luxurious accommodation. As we opened the aircraft door, we were immediately impressed by the elegant interior design.

Standing at the front section, the long aisle stretched beautifully before us, creating an authentic aviation experience with a touch of luxury.

Accommodation

A) Aeroplane Unit
The aircraft unit is undoubtedly the star attraction of the resort. This exclusive accommodation can comfortably host up to 8 guests with 2 bedrooms.
Facilities inside the aircraft include:

• Bedrooms
• Bathrooms
• Lounge area with comfortable sofas
• Karaoke and entertainment zone
• Bar counter
• Dining area

The best part? The entire aircraft is reserved exclusively for your group, ensuring complete privacy throughout your stay.

One of the most impressive features is the preserved pilot cockpit. Although the aircraft is no longer operational, the cockpit remains intact, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the experience of being a pilot.

The karaoke system is another highlight. The machine is modern, user-friendly, and loaded with a huge selection of songs, including the latest hits. You can literally sing all night long without running out of choices.

For one night, the aircraft is yours. Be the pilot, cabin crew, or simply enjoy the luxury of having an entire plane all to yourself!

B) Chalets
Apart from the aircraft units, Twin Jet Resort also offers various chalet options suitable for different group sizes and family requirements.

Dining Experience
The resort places great emphasis on food quality. Every meal was thoughtfully prepared and exceeded our expectations.
A total of 4 meals were included in our stay.

Afternoon Tea
A delightful spread of light refreshments including:
• Fried bihun
• Freshly squeezed dragon fruit juice
• Coffee and tea (refillable)
The fried bihun was particularly delicious and served in generous portions.

Dinner
Dinner featured a Mookata BBQ set.
Highlights included:
• Fresh prawns
• Smoked duck
• Well-marinated chicken
Vegetables and assorted mushrooms were refillable, making the meal both satisfying and enjoyable.

Breakfast
Breakfast was truly impressive.

The nasi lemak was exceptional, especially the sambal, which was rich, savoury, and packed with onions. The anchovies and peanuts were fresh and crunchy.
Another standout was the paratha served with dhal curry.

The dhal was thick, flavourful, and generously filled with peas.

Other breakfast items included:
• Eggs
• Soft-boiled eggs
• Fried bihun
• Toast
• Cereals
• Fresh salads

Lunch

Lunch was a feast fit for a celebration.
Served on a rotating dining table, the spread consisted of at least eight dishes, including:
• Fish
• Fried chicken
• Ginger chicken
• Tofu
• Thai-style fish
• Stir-fried broccoli and cauliflower
• Mixed vegetables
• Rice
Every dish was well-prepared and generously portioned.

Resort Facilities

The facilities are relatively basic but sufficient for a relaxing getaway.
Available facilities include:

• Swimming pool
• Basketball court
• Children's playground
• Snooker table
• Board games
• Games room

That said, most guests would probably prefer spending their time inside the aircraft, enjoying the luxurious atmosphere, karaoke sessions, and quality bonding time with family and friends.

Hospitality

I would like to give my utmost compliments to the resort staff.
Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and professionally trained.

They consistently greeted guests with warm smiles and were always willing to assist.
What impressed me most was their willingness to help.

No matter what request we made, they never responded with a simple "No." Instead, they always tried their best to accommodate our needs.

This is what true hospitality should look like.

Twin Jet Resort has been recognised by the Malaysia Book of Records for constructing a single-storey hotel room in just 87 hours 43 minutes

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Twin Jet Resort.

From the unique aircraft accommodation to the quality meals, attentive service, and thoughtfully designed interiors, every aspect of the experience exceeded our expectations.

Kudos to the management team for successfully creating a resort that combines creativity, comfort, and memorable experiences.

Sometimes, we travel thousands of miles searching for extraordinary resorts, only to discover that one of the most unique and enjoyable experiences is right in our own backyard.

Located less than an hour's drive away, Twin Jet Resort is perfect for family gatherings, celebrations, reunions, or simply spending quality time with loved ones.

If you're looking for something different from the usual hotel stay, this is definitely a destination worth considering.
